New York City’s DessertTruck is run by former Le Cirque pastry chef Jerome Change, whose mission is to bring fine-dining treats to the streets. His specialties include warm chocolate bread pudding with a choice of vanilla or bacon custard sauce, and citrus ganache macaroons. His sweets have proven so popular, he’s opening up a Lower East side pastry shop/café.
