Alsace-born chef Gabriel Kreuther takes inspiration from his surroundings at The Museum of Modern Art to create bold, modern gastronomic masterpieces. The museum's stunning, sunny Bauhaus-style dining room overlooks the sculpture garden; it's hard, though, to take one's eyes off the rarified French dishes that Kreuther forges into tiny works of art. A lengthy international wine list offers many fine Alsatian choices.
