Therefore, restaurateurs, chefs and savvy diners look forward to our Annual Restaurant Issue that includes awards such as the Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S., the Top 10 New Restaurants in the U.S. and many more. They also check out other restaurant honors like the S.Pellegrino Top 50 Restaurants in the World and the James Beard Foundation Awards.
On Monday, May 9th, 2011, during the annual Awards Ceremony & Gala Reception to be held at Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall in New York, the James Beard winners will be announced. You can see the nominees — and soon, the winners — on our special 2011 James Beard Foundation Awards page.
Please watch my exclusive video interview with James Beard Foundation’s vice president Mitchell Davis, and good luck to all the nominees who make the world taste better.
For more video interviews, go to GAYOT.com’s interview page.
