We’ve just published our Annual Restaurant Issue, which includes the highly-anticipated Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S. list among its awards. The 2014 edition also names chef Daniel Boulud as the Best Restaurateur of the Year.
Of the Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S. selected, five were not on last year’s list. Aubergine (Carmel, CA), Canlis (Seattle), The Barn at Blackberry Farm (Walland, TN), La Belle Vie (Minneapolis) and Saison (San Francisco) are gracing the list for the very first time. The five from last year’s list that did not make the cut are: Bacchanalia (Atlanta), Corton (NYC), Georgian Room (Sea Island, GA), The Modern (NYC) and The Willows Inn (Lummi Island, WA).
