The luxe ships are slated to offer everything from simulated skydiving, an indoor sports complex and beautiful cabins designed with full functionality in mind. Now, word has come that the Quantum class will also elevate its dining options.

With Cinco de Mayo falling on a Monday this year, some of the city’s best eating and drinking spots have upped the ante with a three-day weekend full of deals, drinks and Mexican food.


West Hollywood’s Tortilla Republic is hosting their own block party on Sunday, May 4th. The booming affair runs from 2 p.m.-10 p.m. and will feature DJs, a live mariachi band and VIP suites complete with bottle service. Of course, $6 margaritas and crispy chicken flautas will also be available.
