The holiday season is here. Yesterday, I celebrated it by spending part of the afternoon in the kitchen of Montage Beverly Hills with executive chef Gabriel Ask. Watch my exclusive video above to see what Ask recommends cooking during these cold winter afternoons. It’s sure to please the whole family.
I also got to taste his delicious Stollen cake, a German Christmas tradition. You can find it at the hotel during afternoon tea or in the boutique.
Even though the hotel’s New Year’s Eve celebration is already sold out, you should still try just in case there are some cancellations. The chef has prepared quite an interesting menu inspired by the 1940s.
