When the Four Seasons Hotels take it to the streets, they take it in the form of a food truck! The Four Seasons Hotels Food Truck is an idea developed during a corporate meeting that was two years in the making. The truck is currently touring cities in the western United States which are home to Four Seasons Hotels, starting in Palo Alto and ending in Santa Fe.
In each city, the local chef picks the menu and prepares the food. Executive chef Ashley James of the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills was serving the crowd delicious corn tortilla and Oaxaca cheese quesadillas, crispy corn tostadas and his amazing French fries. If you are able to try the food before the truck leaves town, finish with the Tres leche cake. Despite the quality name and good food, the prices start at just $4 and top off at $6. Try getting served at a Four Seasons Hotel for that!

– October 28 – November 3 – Scottsdale, Arizona
– November 4-10 – Santa Fe, New Mexico
