Don’t we all have restaurants we’d like to try, but are a little out of our price range? In Southern California, now’s the time to go out to eat. This is Orange County Restaurant Week, which features more than 100 participating restaurants. Eateries will offer special three-course menus. Depending on where you dine, lunch will cost just $10, $15 or $20 while dinners are $20, $30 or $40. Some of this year’s participants include Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails, Bluewater Grill, Geisha House, Harborside Restaurant & Grand Ballroom, Kimera Restaurant & Lounge, Mozambique Steakhouse, Palm Terrace, Sage, Stonehill Tavern and Tradition by Pascal. While the dining bargains end behind the Orange Curtain Saturday night, Sunday marks the beginning of dineLA Restaurant Week, which features a similar pricing structure. From October 3-8 and 10-15, lunches at participating restaurants will cost $16, $22, or $28, while dinners will cost $26, $34, or $44 (beverages, tax and gratuity are not included). In addition, some hotel properties affiliated with participating restaurants, including the SLS Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills and Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites will offer special dineLA overnight rates and culinary packages for the month of October.
