Pacificooks also showcases some of the most famous chefs in all of Latin America, most of whom have studied in Europe and America, so they not only bring their own splash of style to the preparation and presentation, but they also add modern techniques to our traditional cuisine.”
PacifiCooks highlighted the chefs’ ability to redefine authentic Mexican cuisine by adding their own unique twist to perfectly prepared and presented dishes. Among the many activities for guests to enjoy were cocktail receptions, dinners, tastings and wine pairings with Pueblo Bonito Executive Sommelier Juan Carlos Flores. The participating chefs were Paulina Abascal. Guillermo Gonzalez Beristain, Frederico Lopez, Benito Molina, Gilberto del Toro Coello, Enrique Olvera and Ricardo Muñoz Zurita.
