  1. My Greatgrandfather Raymond Langlais was flying this same type of plane in 1917 as a Lieutenant over Verdun during reconnaissance missions, including a crash april 13, 1917. The Unit was called “Escadrille C224 commanded by Captain Joseph Roig. I found a lot of infos about the unit using these Caudrons in the French Vincennes archive.
