Ghyslain Chocolatier - Review

Fall Holiday Collection

Ghyslain Chocolatier's Fall Collection features fall colors and intricate leaf shapes

Our taste for chocolate has evolved quite a bit over the years, graduating towards darker and less milky offerings with super high cocoa content. Also, we don't like our chocolates to look too precious — although we do appreciate the haute art of chocolate design. Ghyslain Chocolatier's Fall Holiday Collection caught our eye with its cornucopia of fall colors and intricate leaf shapes. But while the collections' autumn-inspired hues are a bit too kaleidoscopic for our taste, its flavors offer perfect harmony. Every signature truffle from the Quebec-born, French-trained pastry chef is delicious and sophisticated with just a hint of sweet, from Pumpkin-Spice Truffle to Maple Leaf Truffle to Caramel Log. Here's to a vibrant holiday season!
