John Williams, executive chef at The Ritz London, is cooking a four-course gastronomic menu which is matched, course by course, with Champagne from Taittinger. Get the lowdown on how whiskies are made, and how each individual flavor and characteristic sets it apart from its rivals at their three master classes, each focusing on a different flight of malts.
