Classes start at flight one, an introduction at £30 per person; flight two explores various regions and different wood finishes (£35 per person); flight three takes you to the smokey, strong tastes of Islay (£40 per person). They're held on the first three Tuesdays of the month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. For more information, visit www.albannach.co.uk. Albannach, 66 Trafalgar Sq., London WC2, 020-7930 0066.
