The panel series Happy Hour Talks returns this year featuring topics ranging from foreign film distribution to the influence of the French New Wave, and for the first time, the COL•COA audience will be invited to a “Blind Date with a French Film”—a free surprise screening of a North American premiere on Tuesday, April 20.
