THE CRITICAL FRONTIER
A home is an oasis away from the sometimes hectic outside world. So how does the shape and design of a space affect one? Explore how architecture and design are influenced by psychological, biological and economic parts of living and dwelling at the Andrea Zittel: Critical Space exhibit at the New Museum of Contemporary Art/Chelsea. She investigates how these elements impact the set up of one’s own space. Don’t miss additional events sponsored by the museum such as the February 2 conversation event with Zittel from 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. at New York University’s Steinhardt School of Education (free admission).
