A little bit of beer and lederhosen go a long way when it’s time for Oktoberfest. Festivities for this famed German tradition will be held at Pier 48 from October 2-4, 2009. The Chico Bavarian Band and the Internationals will provide live music for the entire event, and Bavarian dancing will take place every couple of hours. Pretzels, brats, and of course, endless pints of German beer will guarantee fun for the entire family. It is important to note that food and drinks are not included in the ticket price, so be sure to bring extra cash.
