Lite Strawberry Milkshake - Recipe

Sweet Summertime Treat


Healthy milkshake may sound like an oxymoron, but we've got the skinny on how to create the classic creamy dessert without the extra calories and fat. Blend it up with antioxidant-packed strawberries and you've got a refreshing treat!


1/2 cup (1 scoop) frozen vanilla yogurt blend or lite vanilla ice cream
1 cup strawberries
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup nonfat milk


  1. Blend all ingredients in blender and pour into tall, chilled glasses.
  2. Garnish with fat-free whipped cream, fresh strawberries and a straw.
