1/2 cup (1 scoop) frozen vanilla yogurt blend or lite vanilla ice cream
1 cup strawberries
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup nonfat milk
Blend all ingredients in blender and pour into tall, chilled glasses.
Garnish with fat-free whipped cream, fresh strawberries and a straw.
