2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, cut in 1/2 lengthwise
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In small bowl, whisk together oil, honey, lemon juice, thyme, water, salt, and pepper.
In large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts halves with dressing mixture.
Spread in single layer on baking sheet and roast for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and tender.
