Yellow Tea

Yellow tea leaves go through a slower drying process than most, and allowing these damp leaves to sit longer turns them yellow. Its stronger scent can be compared to black tea, while its delicate taste is similar to green and white teas.

Huoshan Huangya

This unusual tea has a peppery taste and a bamboo-like aroma. It dates back to the Ming Dynasty.

Junshan Yinzhen

This tea, from the Junshan Island of Hunan Province in China, was allegedly the preferred tea of Chairman Mao.
