The City of Tampa and the Lights on Tampa private sector partner up to bring artistic excellence to the forefront for an aesthetic and cultural celebration of the arts. Internationally recognized jurors and artists will be present to create unique, site-sensitive art installations that are engaging, entertaining and educational.
