Candlelight Inn Hotel Review: This lovely English Tudor bed-and-breakfast was built in 1929. Today, it is still nestled beneath mature redwoods along the banks of Napa Creek, and continues to offer a quiet and park-like acre of lush gardens for its wine loving guests. Ten antique-filled guest rooms feature such elegant touches as four-poster beds, Jacuzzis and French doors that open to private terraces. Depending on the room, you also may find cathedral ceilings, hand-crafted stained glass gable windows, marble fireplaces and views of the Napa hills. All guests enjoy a complimentary three-course breakfast, hors d'oeuvres and chocolate cake. Visitors have access to the back garden, which boasts a large swimming pool and a gorgeous patio. Every night, owner Wendy Kelts and her resident cat, Fluffy, host a wine-and-cheese reception in the garden; the experience is a perfect chance to relax and sample some of Napa Valley's finest.
