 Farmhouse Inn Hotel Review: From its gorgeous gardens and personal saunas to wood-burning fireplaces and whirlpool tubs, the Farmhouse Inn was created to tantalize all of the senses. Eight cottages, a main house with two guest rooms and a barn house with an additional eight rooms sit together on this six-acre estate of vineyards and forest, and each accommodation is tastefully appointed with Egyptian linens, antique furniture and microfiber robes. Every stay also includes a two-course country breakfast served in the estate dining room or on the deck overlooking the gardens; house-baked cookies and milk delivered to your room; and fresh flowers. Guests can explore the area by canoe, bicycle or even hot air balloon. Massages also are available at the spa or in an outdoor cabana; the latter venue offers relaxation with lovely views. The biggest attraction at the Farmhouse is the acclaimed on-site restaurant --- the menu changes seasonally depending on what is available from the surrounding farms. |
