Grand Hyatt Seattle Hotel Review: This luxury hotel was designed especially for corporate business travelers and is located right next to the convention center. The lobby's subdued lighting, rich wood accents and earth-toned furnishings set a dignified mood. In contrast, the guest rooms are bright and spacious. They have lots of great extras, including doorbells and "Do Not Disturb" lights that you can turn on before turning in. Feeling lazy in the morning? You can raise the blinds by using a switch near the bed. Each bathroom has a shower and separate bath with an angled spigot that produces a waterfall effect. High-speed Internet access is available for an additional charge. Local favorite Ruth's Chris Steak House is located on-site; additional house dining includes the lobby-level Blue C Sushi. For relaxation, there is a fitness room, where every machine has its own flat-screen TV, and a full-service spa that sources organic products from regional growers. The hotel's 25,000 square feet of flexible meeting space includes an amphitheater and a ballroom.
