Hallmark Inn Hotel Review: Davis just might be the perfect small town with quaint tree-lined streets, more bicycles than residents, a thriving college energy, and a bookshop on every corner. This hotel extends a small-town welcome with a complimentary full breakfast and evening happy hour cocktails at the full bar. The building itself, much like a typical 1970s apartment block, is unremarkable. The 135 rooms are also quite typical with bright floral bedspreads, country prints in gold-toned picture frames, a small desk, TV stand and off-white drapes. Many rooms do come with balconies, where guests can enjoy the lively town views and pleasant green surroundings. Those who need a little more space can upgrade to a suite with a sitting area and pull-out sofa bed. The suites, including one with an in-room Jacuzzi, have much more space but still have the same bulk purchases furnishings as standard rooms.
