Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel Review: Built in 1989, this seventeen-story hotel offers a wide variety of amenities for all travelers, including a beauty salon/barber shop and shoeshine stand. All rooms have under-counter mini-refrigerators, safes, work surfaces with ergonomic chairs and large flat-screen TVs. Double rooms feature chaise longues with attached flat surfaces large enough to hold a laptop. With a renovation completed in January 2012, the hotel offers 34,000 square feet of well-equipped function space. The business center may be accessed 24 hours. Floors fourteen through seventeen are concierge levels, which, in addition to the usual concierge amenities, offer an executive lounge. Triple-pane windows and the hotel's position away from flight paths keep airport noise from disturbing guests. Indoor and outdoor saline pools enhance the workout opportunities presented by a well-designed and -equipped fitness center. Ample dining choices range from American cuisine at Magnolia Grill to Italian trattoria-style dishes at Andiamo to small bites at the NASCAR-themed The Finish Line sports bar, which also offers pool tables. Room service is 24-hour. As for those cravings for Starbucks and Krispy Kreme, you can satisfy them at The Coffee Bar.
