Hyatt Dulles Hotel Review: This facility is 14 stories tall and offers comfortable accommodations adjacent to Dulles International Airport. Its exterior is a combination of Art Deco and classical architecture with stone trimming---it looks a bit like an upscale office building. The lobby features a spacious atrium and is decorated with lots of plants. Rooms are spacious and somewhat standard, offering subdued lighting and earthy hues. Furniture is modern and well-kept, if a bit generic. Amenities include daily newspaper, video messages, voice mail and high-speed Internet access. Bathrooms feature complimentary toiletries and are immaculate, with marble and tile floors. The fitness room and lap pool are popular with travelers coming off long flights. On-site restaurant facilities are convenient, if basic. A bonus: proximity to the newly opened branch of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.
