 The Ink House Bed & Breakfast Hotel Review: With its covered wraparound porch, this vibrant yellow Victorian on the National Register of Historic Places is the perfect place to spend a lazy day in the wine country. The inn is located just outside St. Helena, and all four of its rooms have views of the hillsides and neighboring Whitehall Lane vineyards. Rooms are furnished with comfy beds and private bathrooms, and decorated with floral wallpapers, assorted knic-knacks and miscellaneous family heirlooms. A full and generous gourmet breakfast is offered each morning, and complimentary wine and appetizers are served in the afternoons. There is also a game room with pool table, poker table, darts and piano. The property's biggest draw is the stained-glass observatory on the top floor, from which visitors can see for literally miles. Countryside has never felt so infinite. |
