 Inn at Laguna Beach Hotel Review: Dramatically situated at the edge of a beachfront cliff just north of downtown Laguna Beach, this inn and its oceanside pool offer expansive views of the Pacific Ocean. An open lobby with wicker furniture and Spanish tile floors create a relaxing coastal ambience. This vibe flows quite nicely into the hotel’s 70 smoke-free guest rooms and two 1,100-square-foot meeting rooms, one of which overlooks the beach. Although the hotel was built at the turn of the twentieth century, the rooms include modern luxuries such as MP3 connections, European-style duvets, flat-screen TVs, data port access, mini-bars and bathrobes, along with typical hotel amenities such as coffee makers and hair dryers. Most of the larger-than-average rooms have ocean views; all are decorated in a casual style with plantation shutters and wicker furniture. This mid-size hotel is within easy walking distance of Laguna Beach’s upscale boutiques and galleries. |
