Lady Goodwood Bed & Breakfast Hotel Review: This bed and breakfast was built in 1890 atop the hills and bluffs of Stillwater in the scenic St. Croix river valley. It reflects the richness of its history with original stained glass and leaded windows, parquet floors, custom carved woodwork, pocket doors and an original parlor fireplace. As you walk up the steps to the front of the house, you are welcomed by a wraparound porch overlooking the scenic valley. On the main floor are two formal parlors and a lovely dining room with south-facing windows. Mornings are filled with the aromas of fresh-baked bread and freshly brewed coffee, and breakfast can be taken in the dining room or al fresco on the porch. Ascend the stairway and you will discover three charming guest rooms, each one offering personalized touches. The St. Croix Suite boasts a round, king-sized bed, the Rose Room is a charming bouquet of floral comfort and the Camellia Room is a stately retreat.
