The Lodge at Pebble Beach Hotel Review

: From its beginnings in 1919, this lodge has served travelers in style. It is as much a destination as the nearby forest and rugged coastline. From its 34 miles of forested bridle trails to its championship golf courses, this property offers an all-encompassing experience. Only eleven of the 161 guest rooms are located in The Lodge itself; the remaining lie in twelve separate low-rise buildings. D├ęcor is clubby and comfortable, soft and muted with darker accents. All accommodations are spacious, and most have fireplaces and French doors opening onto balconies with one-of-a-kind views. The property's restaurants include the legendary Tap Room and the more casual Stillwater Bar & Grill. Other on-site facilities include clothing and golf boutiques in the Lodge Retail Arcade, a full-service spa and fitness center (surrounded by cypress trees), a private Beach and Tennis Club, and the acclaimed Pebble Beach Golf Links, home to the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
