Millennium Maxwell House Hotel Review: The exterior may be somewhat generic, but inside a pleasant, casual and surprisingly stylish atmosphere prevails. This is a comfortable place, whose features include a pleasant swimming pool flanked by an equally pleasant lawn and a friendly dining room (Praline's) where it's easy to feel right at home. The bedrooms are pretty, with light wood furnishings and cheerful touches such as yellow armchairs and Grand Ole Opry posters on the walls. The look verges on country without being folksy. Accommodations include two junior suites and two bi-level suites. All rooms come with basics such as coffee makers, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards and two-line phones. Maxwell's Sports Bar has six TVs and serves complimentary popcorn. Along with the pool, there is a fitness center. There is plenty of banquet and meeting space, and the hotel has a wedding license.
