Palace Station Hotel & Casino Review

: This venerable property opened as The Casino in 1976 with 100 slots and 60 table games. It added bingo in 1979 (and became the Bingo Palace), and then in the mid-80s it was remodeled and given its current name. Its Victorian-era railroad theme begins with a train car at its entrance and is carried on inside with a train logo painted on its windows. Two tiers of accommodations attract both the budget conscious (Courtyard Hotel rooms) and those guest seeking a bit more (Luxury Tower Hotel rooms). All rooms come with cable TV, Internet access and safes. Louie Anderson performs in the Louie Anderson Theater. Among its restaurants, the Oyster Bar always attracts a crowd. Shuttles to and from the Strip and airport are complimentary.
