Park Hyatt Chicago Hotel Review

: Located on the Magnificent Mile, this high-tech, contemporary hotel focuses its attention on service and is well-known for the art that completes its look. Beginning in the red-and-black lobby, guests and visitors can reflect on Gerhard Richter's Piazza del Duomo. Or they can take inspiration from the glass artwork created by Dale Chihuly for the hotel's restaurant, which features French cuisine with an Asian influence. Many rooms and suites showcase unobstructed views of Chicago's famous Water Tower and Lake Michigan. And all rooms have stone-enhanced bath facilities with oversized soaking tubs and sliding doors that permit guests to enjoy the view beyond. Besides relaxing views, the essentials for a good soak --- candles, bath brushes and bath salts --- are supplied to all guests. Afterwards, recline in the designer furniture in front of either a flat-screen or plasma TV with a movie of choice from the complimentary DVD library. You can also visit the hotel's famed NoMI Spa or grab a cocktail at NoMI Lounge, where there's a gourmet hot chocolate bar from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. Guests who want to stay active can take advantage of the hotel's complimentary bicycle rentals.
