The Phoenician Hotel Review

: Boasting a two-acre cactus garden, eleven grand pianos and a multi-million dollar art collection, The Phoenician is a world-class resort whose hallmarks are stylish living spaces, superb service and exceptional facilities. Several different types of rooms are available among the 647 total guest accommodations (454 guest rooms, 12 luxury suites, 2 presidential suites, 119 casitas and 60 canyon suites). The main building is centrally located, while the Canyon building is situated against Camelback Mountain and features its own pool and cabanas. Casitas, located near the main building, provide private entrances. All rooms have Italian marble bath facilities, robes, three telephones with two lines, Sony CD players-clock radios, a 32-inch flat-screen color TV with surround sound, in-room movie rental, express check-out from the room's TV screen, Lanai decks, a mini-bar and more. As for facilities, all are kept in immaculate shape and perfect functioning order by a super-qualified staff. The 22,000-square-foot Centre for Well-Being houses 24 treatment rooms, a meditation atrium, a private consultation room, a weight training and cardiovascular studio, plus men's and women's locker rooms with whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms and Swiss showers. Therapies include acupuncture, accusage, Kachina aromatherapy scrub and other delicious treatments; you'll also be treated to an aerobic studio, a full-service salon and the Waters Bar. Refresh with a dip in the "edgeless" 2,800-square-foot swimming pool, where you can reserve a cabana for the day. Dining options include private dining at The Praying Monk.
