Ponce de Leon Place Bed and Breakfast Hotel Review: More than a decade ago, Lana Allitone turned her home into a bed-and-breakfast inn, establishing three guest suites. Full breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi make this lodging an especially good value. Spaces are well kept, nicely furnished and charming. All come with flat-screen TVs and queen or king-size beds, and one has a mini-kitchen with full-size appliances and a gas-fired Franklin stove for warmth both actual and atmospheric. A nearby Whole Foods makes stocking the fridge easy. The house sits in a garden setting, and just a few minutes away, sites include the Carter Center and the nightlife of Little Five Points. A warm and delightful innkeeper and hostess, Ms. Allibone knows Atlanta well and can recommend not only fine dining but also area attractions. Appropriate for both romance and business travel, the inn is a good choice if you're looking for a personal home-away-from-home experience.
