The Redbury Hotel Review: This chic addition to the sbe Collection boasts 57 thoughtfully-appointed guest flats that feel more like a home than a hotel. Rooms feature design elements drawn from a variety of Old World ethnic cultures, with an abundance of luxurious amenities, including plush pillow-top mattresses, 300-thread count Italian linens and private patios or balconies. As well, rooms come with high-speed Wi-Fi, fully-stocked bars, 40"-46" HD LDC televisions and vinyl collections with record players. To provide a further home-like atmosphere, the flats have European-style kitchens with gas burners, floor-to-ceiling windows and artwork from the hotel's collection. The suites are separated into five categories --- Highland, Sunset, Vine, Hollywood Premier and Redbury Signature --- with living space ranging from 750 to 1,020 square feet. Business travelers will be pleased to find that iPads, laptops, printers and fax machines are available upon request. Take advantage of in-flat dining services with a menu created by sbe executive chef Daniel Elmaleh, or order from the menu at Katsuyau. The Redbury's signature restaurant, Cleo, is open for lunch, dinner and late-night dining and offers Mediterranean fare and small plates. Redbury guests are also provided VIP access and preferred reservations for sbe's restaurants and nightclubs, including The Bazaar by José Andrés, Katsuya and XIV by Michael Mina.
