The Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel Review: Viewed from the road, this hotel seems to dominate its site. A soaring atrium rises to the top of the eleven-story structure, and provides plenty of comfortable seating for small groups and gatherings. While the hotel is only a short ride to downtown Atlanta's many fine restaurants, guests may prefer to stay in at Palio, the hotel's fine dining establishment. Each of the 500 guest rooms and suites offers high-speed Internet access, a refreshment center with mini-bar, coffee and tea maker, flat-screen TV and iPod docking station. Suites are especially good for families needing extra space and business travelers hosting in-room meetings. Business travelers will appreciate the extra large work desks. Besides the Heavenly Beds that are a feature of each accommodation, Heavenly Cribs are offered for infants. If allergies are an issue, some of the rooms are designated PURE Allergy Friendly Rooms. International travelers will love the 24-hour room service, meaning they can order dinner at midnight when arriving from distant lands. Throughout the hotel lobby, screens display departures, and from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., BAGS, a fee service, will handle checking in luggage at any of several major airlines. The indoor pool is heated, and the fitness center is well equipped.
