A Spiced-Up Sports Car
2004 Audi S4 Cabriolet Quattro MT6
By Alain Gayot

In short: Voracious, stable and fast.

Take an Audi A4 Cabriolet Quattro AT5 and give it to the sport division of the four-ringed brand, and you get this 320-horsepower V8 monster.

Much of everything is the same, as in the less-sporty Audi A4, but if you need to reach top speeds of 155 mph then you must add another $10,000 and more fuel. This sports model gets slapped with a $1,700 gas guzzler tax, but we love its stability and interior design. You, too, can learn to love to drive this car anytime, especially on a nice spring day with the top down on a curvy mountain road where it excels.

One curious detail of note: we never found the seat heat button; but then again we looked stylish in our leather jackets.

All in all, here's another great Audi.

Warranty/Service: Four-year/50,000 mile limited warranty, four-year/50,000 mile no charge scheduled maintenance, 12-year limited warranty against corrosion perforation.
