Festivals of Speed St. PetersburgExquisite Motoring
Some of the world's finest vintage and modern vehicles will be on display at this event in St. Petersburg, Florida. On Friday evening, from 8 p.m.-11 p.m. at the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport, there will be a reception featuring aircraft, exotic cars, custom motorcycles, high-performance boats and luxury products. Guests to this elegant evening will also be able to enjoy cocktails, themed food displays and jazz music. An Offshore Powerboat Poker Run takes place Saturday from 12 p.m.-3 p.m at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club marina, and will see the launch of over 50 speed boats alongside luxurious yachts. On Sunday, at North Straub Park along Tampa Bay, the public will be able to view high-powered race boats, motorcycles and unique automobiles, including those from Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Bugatti and Porsche. The festival, which runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., will include onsite cafes, music, wine tastings and luxury lifestyle vendors. Friday’s reception will cost $100 per person ($195 per couple), and the entry fee for Sunday’s show will be $10 per person (children ages twelve and under are admitted for free).
