Eclectic Vehicles Come to Half Moon Bay

Motor enthusiasts' dreams do come true at Pacific Coast Dream Machines, a one-of-a-kind event combining rare automobiles, vintage motorcycles, armored cars, airplanes and more. Taking place at Half Moon Bay Airport along California's Central Coast, this two-day gathering provides plenty of stimulation for guests, whether it be on the track, in the dirt or in the sky. Last year's eclectic collection of rarities included the world's fastest electric motorcycle, the world's second fastest dirtboat, and iconic military vehicles engaging in mock battle. Above the tarmac, look for vintage planes and aerobatic pilots doing fly-overs, or get in on the action yourself by signing up for a ride in one of these unique machines. Kids will love the zip-line, beginner-friendly mechanical bull and remote-controlled NASCAR race track. Admission is $20 for adults, $10 for ages 11-17 and 65+, and free for children 10 and under. Proceeds benefit the Coastside Adult Day Health Center.
