Drive Alert Master Review

Keeping Your Eyes On the Road

by Chuck Arehart

Drive Alert Master

Driving while drowsy can be just as dangerous as driving drunk. The Drive Alert Master is a gadget that helps prevent you from dozing off behind the wheel by emitting loud beeps if your head drops too low from fatigue. The device is worn securely around your ear, similar to a cell phone headset. If you begin to sleep and drop your head, a sensor inside the device detects the motion and triggers the alarm to jolt you back awake.

The padded exterior makes the device comfortable to wear and it operates on low battery power; the battery is included with the device. Alarm sensitivity comes in two settings, 15 and 30 degrees. The item works as advertised and is ideal for people who often drive long distances with few chances to sleep.

Price: $29.95
