21st-Century Sports Sedan

In short: An athletic, efficient and intelligent sports sedan.

Trading in the outgoing model's inline-6 for an efficient twin-turbocharged inline-4, the BMW 328i sedan offers premium sports performance while earning up to 36 mpg highway. Boasting 240 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, this Bimmer is nearly as quick as its 6-cylinder predecessor, passing the 60 mph mark in 5.8 seconds.

However, with the new 328i, it's as much about what's inside the cabin as what's under the hood. Smart standard features like Bluetooth wireless technology, rain-sensing windshield wipers and an HD radio with iPod connectivity help the 328i separate itself from the pack. Also, with BMW's futuristic iDrive infotainment system, drivers are given access to a host of other helpful tools, including blind spot detection, lane departure warning and a parking assistance system that will even help steer while parallel parking.
