2013 Infiniti JX35 Review

Versatile Luxury Crossover

A three-quarter front view of a 2013 JX35

In short: A smart and spacious 7-passenger crossover.

ith three spacious rows of seating and a host of advanced driver-focused features, the Infiniti JX35 is built with maximum versatility in mind. Offering as much passenger room and even more legroom than Infiniti's gargantuan QX56, this cavernous crossover is perfect for afterschool carpools or packing up the skis for a long weekend on the slopes. Cutting-edge technology should also put parents' minds at ease, with Infiniti exclusives like Backup Collision Intervention and Blind Spot Intervention offering intelligent accident avoidance. Thankfully, the JX35 is quite thrifty for a vehicle of its size, with a lean 3.5-liter V6 and continuously variable transmission (an Infiniti first) contributing to its respectable 21 mpg combined.
