More than 17 years since McLaren released its first production-model vehicle, the F1 sports coupe, the legendary British maker of Formula One cars is back with another street-legal supercar — the MP4-12C. Featuring the same Formula One-inspired technology that McLaren first turned heads (and broke speed records) with in the early '90s, the MP4-12C couples the speed and performance of a race car with the convenience and functionality of a road car. And with a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged, DOHC V8 engine propelling the lightweight two-seater to a top speed of over 200 mph, you can safely trust McLaren's claim that there was, in fact, "no compromise" in designing this one-of-a-kind car.
