La Perla

Top 10 Sexy Lingerie

Do you remember a super buff Daniel Craig (aka James Bond) emerging from the ocean in blue "Speedos" in "Casino Royale"? They were by La Perla, causing a run to the stores. (PS: They are no longer sold.) But perhaps fellow Brit Victoria Beckham is more your cup of tea. The posh fashionista has been known to support the brand, along with Kate Moss and Julianne Moore. To Jean Paul Gaultier, La Perla "is the pearl of lingerie." We couldn't agree more. And we were happy to see the French designer behind Madonna's infamous cone bra and the venerable Italian lingerie house team up to create the sexy "Collection Créateur!" Gaultier plus La Perla? Ooh la la bellissima! But while we adore this powder-pink-and-black-dominated oeuvre, we swoon over all of La Perla's glamorous creations. Their fit is marvelous. La Perla designers meticulously fit each pattern to a body, rather than a mannequin, so each garment is tailored to be precisely form-fitting, allowing for the materials to better stretch and support a woman's curves. And who wouldn't want to support those?
