In the film that formally initiated them into the "Frat Pack," Luke Wilson, Will Ferrell and Vince Vaughn play three 30-somethings who attempt to relive their college heydays. Frank and Beanie (Ferrell and Vaughn) convince Mitch (Luke Wilson), who is reevaluating his personal life, to convert his new house next to a college campus into a frat house. Like in many similar college-life comedies, this brand-new fraternity battles with school administrators who desperately try to evict and expel them. What sets "Old School" apart from the usual suspects, though, are uproarious scenes including a hilarious K-Y jelly wrestling match between an 89-year-old and two topless girls. Also, the three stars bring a true sense of brotherhood to the movie, giving the story meaning and transcending mere slapstick humor.
