Written and directed by and starring "Scrubs" star Zach Braff, this quirky romance proves that not all great love stories have conventional beginnings and fairytale endings. Boasting memorable performances and a Grammy award-winning soundtrack, the Generation Y comedy centers around the lonely, depressed and heavily medicated actor/waiter Andrew Largeman (Braff), who returns home to New Jersey to help his estranged psychiatrist father. It's there that he meets Sam (Natalie Portman), an eccentric, yet charming epileptic and pathological liar who changes his life.
