The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Top 10 Westerns

In The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, three gunslingers search for buried treasure in the Old West

Clint Eastwood plays the character known as the "Man with No Name" in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
Plot: "The Good" is Blondie, a cool wanderer with a soft spot for bumbling bandit Tuco, otherwise known as "The Ugly." The cruel Angel Eyes, "The Bad," completes the triumvirate. In their search for a hidden treasure, the three gunmen cross paths, as each only knows one piece of information that the others need to get to the gold.

Perks: Here's the recipe for a perfect spaghetti western: Sergio Leone directs, Clint Eastwood stars and Ennio Morricone does the score. Gorgeous cinematography with long, drawn-out vistas, brilliant casting, a tasty Mexican standoff and an epic climax scene we never tire of revisiting.
