Plot: After a violent attack on a prostitute, her co-workers
offer a fine sum for the killing of the perpetrators.
Retired former bad guy William Munny and his old friend
Ned head out to claim the prize.
Perks: Clint Eastwood revives the dead western genre
and shows off his directorial skill, including tricks
he definitely learned from the master himself, Leone.
Fascinatingly, Eastwood, who plays Munny, portrays the
retired gun as a man who has become clumsy and bumbling
with age. A cowboy with a weak side! It's a nice and rare
touch.
