with a myriad of treatments designed with total relaxation
22,000-square-foot Centre for Well-Being houses 24 private treatment
rooms, a meditation atrium, a consultation room, a weight
training/cardiovascular studio, a full-service salon, a waters bar, an aerobics studio and men's and women's locker rooms
with whirlpools, sauna and shower facilities. Special packages are available

Massage and bodywork therapies at The Centre for Well-Being include acupuncture
and acussage, a combination of healing acupuncture
and therapeutic massage. Naturopathic Wellness, headed by Dr. Amy Whittington, features a number of integrative medical programs to help you look and feel your best. For other treatment options try the revolutionary Caviar Dreams Anti-Aging Facial ($240-$260 for 80 minutes), the Ayurvedic Bindi treatment, which balances the body's energy through herbal exfoliation and aromatherapy massage ($225-$245 for 80 minutes), or the Jojoba Body Polish with agave nectar and lavender jojoba oil ($145-$165 for 50 minutes). All in all, the Centre offers more than 75 spa treatments and services so that you may enjoy a personally-tailored spa experience. Guests of the spa are also encouraged
to take advantage of the fitness consultants for
personal assessment and training. The Centre suggests making spa reservations at least four weeks in advance.

The main building is centrally located, while The Canyon Suites — a boutique resort-within-a-resort, is situated against Camelback Mountain and features its own edgeless pool and cabanas.
