With all the bacteria that could be lurking in the nail polish bottles at your local salon, you can’t be too careful when it comes to keeping your nails healthy. Inspired by the single-use tools he used as a tattoo artist, John Malson applied the same idea to manicures in creating Syndicate Nail Polish kits. Each individual kit comes with a packet each of clear and color polish, a non-acetone nail polish remover pad and a disposable brush. The outer packaging doubles in use as a plastic tray with round indentations in which to pour the polishes. At first the polish goes on thin, but after a few coats you’ll get a thick and lustrous layer of color. The polishes are available in 10 colors, with names like “Goddess” (burnished orange), “Truth or Dare” (cobalt blue) and “Sealed with a Kiss” (fire engine red). And since there’s no glass bottle that could break or spill, the travel-friendly kits are perfect for glamour gals on the go.
